What a nice surprise When these arrived, they were from a brand other than Minky couture. When I called to talk to them about it, they said this was one of their sister brands or other brands that they had purchased or something like that. I told them I was disappointed that was not what I ordered and they offered to take the return back at their cost of course. Their customer service has always been outstanding. Once I gave these to my wife, she put them on and couldn’t stop raving about them. Now I have to eat crow and go back and look into buying another set of these for Christmas. Hats off to the representative I spoke with at Minki who raved about this brand and how good they felt Etc. She was right all along, and there will be no returns happening. I bought over 15 blankets for Xmas. I tried to get all matching brown cow blankets but was one short so I purchased the black cow blanket. I even asked the girl at the register if you guys are getting any more brown cow before Xmas and she said no. I came in to buy one more extra one before Christmas and noticed that you guys did get brown cow back in stock. I asked the girl at the counter if I could exchange it she said yes, So I went home and got my black cow blanket unwrapped from underneath the tree brought it in and the manager told me that it will be an extra $30 because they are no longer on sale. I told her it's not my fault that the brown one was out of stock. I would just like to exchange it. She said she would have to charge me $30 extra. I almost brought back all of my blankets. I thought it was ridiculous.. I also thought the manager was rude. Long story short, I never exchanged it for the brown one and next year I won't be buying any more blankets from this company.
