Returns & Exchanges

Holiday Policy: Items purchased after November 1st available for return or exchange until January 30, 2023.

Returns and Exchanges can be made within 45 days of order delivery. Due to regulations, items must be in unused and unwashed condition. Minky Robes are eligible for return within 14 days of purchase and must be in new and unused condition with original packaging. Returns will be issued to the original form of payment used at the time of purchase. 

 

Custom orders are not eligible for return or exchange along with final sale items which include “final sale” in the product name. Original shipping costs are non-refundable. Items shipped outside of the United States or to military addresses are not eligible for returns due to customs issues.

To initiate a return or exchange please visit our return and exchange portal.

Returns and exchanges also available in our six store locations. In-store exchanges will be issued in the amount of the original purchase to a merchandise gift card. This will then be used towards the new purchase. If there is no proof of purchase, a merchandise gift card will be issued in the amount of the lowest sales price. 

Exchange for something new

  • Free return label
  • Your new order will be shipped to you once the returning order has been marked as “in-transit”.
  • Please include original packaging if possible

Return for store credit

  • Free return label
  • Credit issued in the form of an e-gift card that will be emailed to you once the returning order has been marked as “in-transit”.
  • Please include original packaging if possible

Return for a refund

  • Flat Rate shipping fee of $10, deducted from refund total.
  • Refunded to original payment method when the returning package has been marked as “in transit”.
  • Please include original packaging if possible.

Product Issue:

If you believe there is an issue with your product, we ask that you please reach out to our Customer Service team at info@minkycouture.com within 30 Days. When reaching out please include your order number, a description and a picture of the issue for us to better assist you.
