I bought over 15 blankets for Xmas. I tried to get all matching brown cow blankets but was one short so I purchased the black cow blanket. I even asked the girl at the register if you guys are getting any more brown cow before Xmas and she said no. I came in to buy one more extra one before Christmas and noticed that you guys did get brown cow back in stock. I asked the girl at the counter if I could exchange it she said yes, So I went home and got my black cow blanket unwrapped from underneath the tree brought it in and the manager told me that it will be an extra $30 because they are no longer on sale. I told her it's not my fault that the brown one was out of stock. I would just like to exchange it. She said she would have to charge me $30 extra. I almost brought back all of my blankets. I thought it was ridiculous.. I also thought the manager was rude. Long story short, I never exchanged it for the brown one and next year I won't be buying any more blankets from this company.

Nice, but . . . These felt really nice, but I didn't realize they were high-waisted until I tried them on and that doesn't work for me. I ended up taking them to the store to return and they wouldn't let me return the pjs in store, saying it was against policy. I then had to pay $10 to ship them back. It was not listed on their website that you couldn't return them to the store, so I was pretty disappointed!
