What is Minky fabric?
Minky fabric is a special type of plush fabric that is 100% polyester and is often used to make baby blankets, baby clothing and baby accessories. But Minky Couture blankets are not just for babies! We work with designers to create our own fashion forward patterns to help you express your personal style. We also carry a line of Ultra Plush blankets that are 100% polyester faux fur fabric on both sides. The high quality of our minky fabric prevents its colors from fading and its warmth from decreasing over time.
Are Minky Couture Designer Blankets handmade?
Your Minky Couture blanket is made with love and care, just as if your Grandma made it herself! Many of our blankets are handmade by seamstresses in Utah, USA. However, some of our blankets and many of the materials we use to make our cozy products come from our trusted manufacturers overseas. Our manufacturers are based mainly in South Korea, China and Thailand. While we would absolutely love to source more products and materials from the U.S., there are simply no manufacturers available who offer all of the materials we need to create our products.
Your blanket is created with the highest quality, 100% polyester minky fabric and 100% polyester faux fur fabric. Each blanket is created using high-quality sewing machines, quilting clips and notions. We offer multiple sizes to fit your needs. Blanket sizing is approximate and measurements shown are the pre-sewn measurements.
How do I take care of my Minky?
Our blankets are made to be durable enough for the washing machine. Simply, machine wash in COLD water with regular detergent. Detergent pods are not recommended. Avoid fabric softener. Line dry, or use Air Fluff setting in dryer. For best results, wash alone.

We offer many sizes of blankets to fit your lifestyle, from "Mini" to "Grande". Each blanket will show which sizes are available for that particular style. The sizing is approximate and based on pre-sewn measurements. Please visit our Sizing Blog for more information.
I didn't receive an order confirmation email
To ensure you receive current and future order confirmation emails from us please follow the following recommendations. First please add email@example.com to your email address book and check your spam/junk folder for the confirmation email. If you still don't see the order confirmation, Please Contact Us and tell us the email address where you would like the order confirmation sent. We will check and see if for some reason the order didn't go through or if the email address was simply entered incorrectly at checkout.
In an effort to fulfill orders as quickly as possible our shipping team begins processing orders very soon after they are placed. As such we are unable to modify or cancel orders once they are placed.

Returns & Exchanges
Visit our Return and Exchange Page.
Returns and Exchanges can be made within 45 days of order delivery. Due to regulations, items must be in unused and unwashed condition. Minky Robes are eligible for return within 14 days of purchase and must be in new and unused condition with original packaging. Custom orders are not eligible for return or exchange along with final sale items which include “final sale” in the product name. Original shipping costs are non-refundable. Items purchased outside of the United States or military addresses are not eligible for returns due to customs issues.

Can I order online and pick up in a local store?
Yes! Store Pick Up is available at our six Utah locations, FREE OF CHARGE. During online check out, you will be able to select which store you would like to have your order shipped. Once your order arrives at the store, we will notify you by email that it is ready for pick up. Please make sure we have your correct contact information before you check out. Allow up to 7 business days for your order to prepare to be shipped to your local store. Please pick up your order within 48 hours of notification.
Can I track my online order?
Yes! You will receive shipping tracking information via email when a shipping label is created for your order.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes! If you are unable to receive an international rate through our shopping cart, please contact our Customer Service Department at 1 (844) 222-1967. All applicable duties, tariffs, and customs fees are the responsibility of the customer and can be paid for at the time of checkout. Packages rejected because of tariffs, cannot be refunded for shipping.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes! We offer free shipping on orders over $250.00. Online order total must be $250.00 after using a coupon code and does not include shipping charges. Free shipping over $250 promotion applies to one package per online order and is valid in the contiguous United States only. Alaska and Hawaii are not included in free shipping promotions. UPS or USPS may be used. If a site-wide free shipping promotion is active, the same conditions apply.
Minky Couture is not responsible for lost, held, damaged, or stolen packages. We are not responsible for delivery errors via carrier or incorrect shipping information. Please be sure to give us a secured address for delivery.
If a package is returned to our facilities we will hold the package for three business days before refunding and restocking the contents. An updated address is required to ship the package again. Shipping fee associated with resending package.

Can I customize a blanket?

Yes you can!
To customize a blanket please visit our Custom Page. Here you can choose whichever pattern, color and ruffle combination that you would like. Personalization is also available for custom blankets by adding embroidery! Custom blankets are made with love after your order is placed and can take up to 21 business days to ship. Shop Pay Installments
What does the option to pay with installments mean?
When checking out with Shop Pay, you now have the option to pay now or later. Paying in installments on Shop Pay allows you to split your purchase amount into 4 equal, biweekly installment payments—with 0% APR interest, no hidden or late fees, checking eligibility has no impact to credit.* In some instances, your first payment is due when you make your purchase; otherwise, your first payment is due 2 weeks after your purchase.
How does paying in installments on SHOP PAY work?
How it works: Add items to your cart Check out with Shop Pay Choose to pay in 4 installments Your first payment will either be due at checkout or 2 weeks after your purchase. The next 3 remaining installments will be automatically charged to your card saved on Shop Pay every 2 weeks. You will get an email reminder before each payment to keep you in the know!
Which payment methods are accepted if I use the option to pay in installments on Shop Pay?
The installments option on Shop Pay is available on debit and credit cards.
Which purchases can I pay in installments on?
Any product with the Shop Pay Installments option on the product page can be purchased using this payment method.
My installments payments using Shop Pay was rejected - why?
Eligibility for and approval of Shop Pay Installments is managed by Shop Pay and Affirm. CJLA has no control over this process, but you should receive an email from Affirm detailing why your payment was rejected.
What happens if I need to make a return on my order that was paid in installments?
If you need to return an item before paying off the installments, you will be issued out a store credit for the return as usual. However, you will still need to continue to make the payments until the order is paid off.
How can I manage my Shop Pay account or change payment methods and addresses?
You can manage all of these settings through the Shop portal https://shop.app/help/shop-pay.
Are there late fees?
No, there are no late fees if you miss a scheduled payment.
Will this affect my credit score?
No, if you choose to pay in installments through Shop Pay, checking eligibility has no impact to credit. For Shop Pay installments, Affirm will not report to credit bureaus.
