I purchased one of your robes as a gift for my wife to mark the end of her cancer treatment. Unfortunately, she has been disappointed with it, especially considering what I paid.
Within two weeks of receiving it, the inside tie broke off with normal use. The belt is also too short, even though the rest of the robe fits well. This doesn’t appear to be a sizing issue, its that the belt simply isn’t proportioned correctly for the robe.
Because of the circumstances of the gift, I bought it well before I gave it to her. Otherwise, I would have returned it. I understand that I am probably outside the normal return window, but this is a quality issue with an expensive product, not a change of mind.
I’m asking that you please replace the robe or offer another reasonable solution. I’d appreciate hearing how you can make this right. I ordered it directly from your site, and the order number is MC2940867.

Bad stitching on seams.
Got robe for wife for Mother's Day and since we live in Vegas, she hasn't warn it much. Went to put in on a week after receiving and realized that some stitches were missed on piping around edges. Disappointing to receive and have to fix right out of the box.

The differernce between the M/L and S is way too drastic. The medium large is hanging off you to the floor and the S is like a kids size just below the kness and can barley close around a small adult

We love them! They are the perfect amount of softness and a giant hug wrapped in one. They are a bit heavy and they can get hot if you are wondering around. However they are perfect for lounging.
