Last year I received one of your throws as a gift. I love it. Recently, I wanted to gift my 2 adult daughters with a Minky blanket each. One blanket was perfect, and that daughter enjoys using it daily. The other daughter's blanket had some flaws, long strings dangling and it didn't feel quite right. Reluctantly she told me that my very expensive gift was defective. I contacted you, and you delivered! She received the replacement blanket and was able to return the defective one fairly easily. The new blanket is warm, cuddly and perfect. Thank you!

I’m a first time customer turned forever customer! The color looks stunning in my space and with my leather couch. It feels incredibly soft. If you are debating between Minky and its competitor, go with Minky! As someone who bought one of each in the same size, I can say that Minky’s customer service, ship times, quality, thickness, and blanket weight are superior! My kids fight over this blanket, and my husband (who doesn't typically go for blankets) is often found snuggling with this one.

My order arrived in a timely manner, and it was just as beautiful and soft as all the reviews said it would be! Unfortunately, I decided to wash it per the instructions (cold gently cycle, air dry) and some seams did come out on the sides. It did dry wonderfully and was just as fluffy as before though. Because of the seams after a first wash, I did reach out to customer service to see about a return and they made the process so easy for me! (I was certain they would do nothing since I had it for a couple months before I washed it and had the problem) I sent them pictures of the defect and before I even sent it out, another one was shipped to me! Seriously the best customer service and I LOVE the blanket. I never understood the hype, but now I do!

I loved this blanket but now every morning i find my very old cat curlad up on it and i don’t have the heart to move him. He sleeps most of the day and this blanket is his go to place so i then had to order yet another blanket for myself.
