This is a dream! I was worried the duvet cover was going to be too heavy and hot, but the weight without an insert is perfect for the warmer months, and we'll add a insert in the colder months. My daughter is obsessed with her gift and I couldn't be happier with our purchase. I ordered the Queen size for her Full bed and the fit is great!

Softest blanket I’ve ever felt, I’m worried about washing it when it’s needed. It’s sooooo cozy and warm! In fact I can’t have it on my bed right now cause it’s too warm for the summer days, but this winter/fall I can’t wait!! Best blanket hands down! 😀

Wow! Ok I was hesitant to get this at first. Yes I wish there were ties for the comforter in the duvet and for a king, the zipper on the side makes it fit better. I would prefer it at the bottom of the bed. BUT oh my gosh I LOVE it. It's so thick I almost didn't add the comforter. Come summer I will remove it I think but for now with it cooler, it's perfect. It's so dang soft and comfortable. I'm thankful I took the plunge! Simply how it feels makes up for the few small things I wish I could change or add. It's just like my go to blankets I can't live without but now it fits my king size bed ❤️
zipper??? why?? Daughter/son-in-law love the blanket, but confused about the zipper. Why is there a zipper?? Didn't I just order a king size blanket? Never seen a blanket with a zipper before.

Obsessed It's hard to get out of bed when you are smothered in Minky's but I wouldn't have it any other way. I usually only write reviews if something is excellent, or if it sucks, and this is excellent (pillow shams are way too expensive for only 1 tho)

It is definitely a warm and comfortable blanket. I have one quibble though. I toss and turn which causes the blanket to slide off. I must reposition the blanket 2-3 times a night. What do you recommend that I do to resolve this issue?
I returned it. The pink was much deeper in color than the photo suggested 😔
King Duvet Very very heavy. There are no ties inside on the corners to attach the insert & keep it in place. Had to turn the duvet so the zipper is actually on the side of the bed instead of at the bottom of the bed like all other duvets are, otherwise, it is way too small & will not fit on the bed.
EXTREMELY HEAVY & TOO WARM! SO HEAVY!! I love my Minky blankets so much, so when I saw this, I jumped on it immediately. I got the king size, and it's extremely heavy - then when you add the insert, it's just too much. It's gorgeous, the color is beautiful, it's the same luxurious minky texture, but it feels like I'm sleeping under 5 blankets. 😂 For the cost, I was hoping for something both beautiful and practical. It's not practical.
I have no choice but to leave a one-star review. My package was stolen, and when I contacted Minky Couture customer service, I was extremely disappointed by how the situation was handled. The company offers what appears to be shipping insurance for lost or stolen packages, which led me to believe I would be covered if something went wrong. Instead, I was simply told that UPS marked the package as delivered. However, the delivery photo only shows the front of my house—there isn’t even a package visible in the picture. I paid over $430 for a duvet and ended up with nothing. At this point, I honestly wish I had donated that money to a good cause instead. If the “insurance” doesn’t actually protect customers when a package is lost or stolen, it shouldn’t be presented in a way that leads customers to believe it does. The coverage feels misleading, and the lack of support after paying for it was incredibly frustrating and disappointing..

Great, until washed Honestly loved this duvet! I had 4 different style blankets and this duvet was truly the softest. With that said- the duvet cover itself comes in weighing aottle over 20 pounds . It is the heaviest thing I have ever put on my bed. So much so - that we do not even use our insert as it's way too heavy. And it's too slippery, so our duvet just gets lots and balled up inside . Even with no insert, my husband and I still loved it, since it was heavy enough on its own . Until o washed it ... It was absolutely ruined. Even after following instructions. Given it can have no heat- this had to go through a tumble dry in my dryer 9 times before I finally decided to hang dry it for an additional 24 hours. By this point it just smelt mildewed. And the fibers of the duvet are bunched together and not soft at all. I was almost sick to my stomach after paying 400$ and washing it only 3 weeks later to find out it's ruined . I have since tried washing it 2 additional times with no better results. I am a wash my duvet cover no weekly/monthly person since I have a dog. And if this is you- be prepared for it to take 3 days to dry and stink every time . Not acceptable for the amount of money it cost. Will not be purchasing or recommending this bedding to anyone due to those factors .
