Returns
Returns can be made within 45 days of order delivery.
All sale items are final sale.
Holiday items are only returnable until the date of the respective holiday.
Due to regulations, items must be in unused and unwashed condition with original packaging.
Minky Robes and Pajamas are eligible for return within 14 days of delivery and must be in new and unused condition with original packaging.
Pet Couture items are eligible for return within 30 days of order delivery and must be in new and unopened condition.
Custom orders are not eligible for return or exchange.
Items purchased through third-party retailers must be returned through the original place of purchase.
Returns will be issued to the original form of payment used at the time of purchase or a Minky Couture gift card depending on the situation. No straight across exchanges.
Original shipping costs are non-refundable. Items shipped outside of the United States or to military addresses are not eligible for returns due to customs issues. Orders placed on Facebook or Instagram can only be returned for store credit.

If you checked out with Redo, your return shipping costs will be covered for exchanges and returns for store credit. Otherwise, a $10 flat rate shipping fee will apply to all returns that are refunded to the original payment method, along with all returns and exchanges on orders that did not include Redo.
Returns are also available in our seven store locations. In-store exchanges will be issued in the amount of the original purchase to a merchandise gift card. This will then be used towards the new purchase with the best current promotion. Proof of purchase is required for an exchange.
Product Issue
If you believe there is an issue with your product, we ask that you please reach out to our Customer Service team at info@minkycouture.com within 30 Days. When reaching out please include your order number, a description and a picture of the issue for us to better assist you.
EU Right of Withdrawal
Under the EU Consumer Rights Directive, you have the right to withdraw from many contracts within 14 days of receiving your order, without providing any reason.

Please note that under Article 14(1) of Directive 2011/83/EU, customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. A prepaid label will be provided through our withdrawal portal; the label cost will be deducted from your refund.
We will issue your refund within fourteen (14) days of receiving notification of your cancellation, or, if later, once we have received the returned goods or you have provided proof that the goods have been shipped back to us.
This right applies to all items purchased through our store, with certain exceptions such as digital products, perishable goods, sealed personal hygiene products, and personalized items, as set forth in Article 16 of Directive 2011/83/EU.
