Customer Service Representative                                   Salary: $15 + Based on Experience

Location: Corporate Office, Ogden

Responsibilities: Know daily promotions, deals, and updates. Answer emails, calls, and voicemails promptly. Investigate and provide solutions to customer service complaints. Perform other related functions as needed or assigned.

Qualifications: Knowledge of Minky Couture products required. Must possess excellent communication skills and work well with all customers, management, and employees. Must be willing to work 2-3 days a week from 9 am to 5 pm including Saturdays and holidays if needed. Position hours may fluctuate from Nov. – Dec.
