Exchanges

Exchanges can be made within 30 days of purchase. Due to regulations, items must be in new and unused condition, in original packaging with ribbon and tag attached. Custom orders are not available for exchange.

To exchange by mail:
Please contact our Customer Service Department to begin your exchange by mail.  We can be reached at 1(844) 222-1967 or info@minkycouture.com and we will be happy to assist you. Return shipping is paid by customer.

Returns

Returns can be made within 30 days of purchase. Due to regulation, items must be in new and unused condition, in original packaging with ribbon and tag attached. Refunds will be issued in the form of original payment. If returning without a receipt, Minky Couture will issue an in-store credit based on the lowest selling price for the returned merchandise.  If your item was shipped, we are unable to refund the original shipping cost. 
Custom orders are not eligible for return.
