A great blanket does more than keep you warm. It becomes the thing you reach for every time you settle in for the night, curl up on the couch, or want to feel a little more at home. Our newest arrivals bring that same standard of softness and quality that Minky Couture has been known for since 2009.

The fabric is the foundation. Minky's signature plush material is 100% polyester, which means it holds up wash after wash without losing its loft or warmth. Cold water, air dry, and your blanket comes out just as soft as the first time. No special care, no guesswork.

New styles are added regularly, so this page is always worth checking. You'll find new colorways in our signature Hugs blankets, fresh prints, cozy options for kids and babies, and updated styles in our Lush collection. Blanket sizes range from Mini to Grande, so there's something to fit every bed, couch, or carrying bag.

Minky blankets are made to be washed at home. Machine wash in cold water with regular liquid or powder detergent; no fabric softener, which can get trapped in the fibers and leave your blanket feeling stiff. Hang to dry, then tumble dry on air fluff only. No heat in the dryer, no dry cleaning, no ironing. Follow those steps, and your blanket stays just as soft as the day it arrived.

New arrivals are added to this page regularly. Current new blankets include styles in the Hugs and Lush collections, new print blankets, updated collegiate options, and new bedding like the Ballet Rose Cloud Duvet. Check back often for the latest additions.

It depends on the style. Most new Hugs and Lush blankets are available in Infant, Travel, Adult, Monster, and Grande. Print blankets and Sorbet styles often start at Mini. Size options are listed on each product page.

All Minky blankets are designed for home machines. Wash in cold water with regular detergent, skip the fabric softener, and dry on air fluff only. The fabric holds its softness and shape through repeated washing.

Some new styles are eligible for promotions and discount codes. Final sale items and select collections may be excluded. Sign up for email or text updates to be the first to know about new arrivals and sales.

Comfort is personal, but our Hugs blankets are consistently among our most comfortable blankets for people who want a soft, stretchy fabric that molds around them. The Lush collection is the best pick for those who want a thick, velvety feel with no texture or ruffle. Both are available in new colorways this season.

Custom blankets are available through our custom design page You can choose your fabric, pattern, and add embroidery for a personalized touch. Custom orders take up to 21 business days to ship, so plan ahead for gifting.

>All Minky blankets are made with 100% polyester minky fabric, one of the most luxurious fabrics available for everyday bedding and throws. The material is designed to feel incredibly soft against skin, hold its shape through washing, and maintain warmth without feeling heavy. It's also cruelty-free, with no animal products in any blanket.

The combination of plush fabric, generous blanket sizes, and durable construction makes Minky blankets a strong choice for the bedroom. The fabric is warm enough for chilly nights without trapping too much heat, so it works well as a top layer or tucked in alongside your existing layers. Many customers use a Monster or Grande as a comforter alternative or tuck one at the foot of a king-size bed for extra warmth when the temperature drops.

Durability is one of the features that sets Minky apart. The fabric is built to hold up through repeated home washing without pilling, tearing, or losing its loft. Customers often describe owning their blankets for years with no noticeable change in softness or warmth. That kind of longevity is part of what makes a Minky blanket a worthwhile purchase.

Minky blankets work well as a standalone comforter layer, especially in the Monster and Grande sizes. The Grande fits easily across a king-size bed and provides enough coverage to use in place of a traditional comforter for those who prefer a lighter fill. For a full bedding set, pair a Minky blanket with our Cloud Duvet Cover for a layered, luxurious bedroom look.

Minky throws are some of the most popular ways to use the blanket. The Travel and Adult sizes drape easily over a couch or chair, and the plush fabric adds texture and warmth to any room. They're soft enough to pull over you on a chilly evening and easy to toss in the wash when needed.

The 100% polyester minky fabric is free from animal products and harsh materials, making it a gentle option for people with sensitive skin. There are no rough fibers, no animal-derived fill, and no synthetic irritants beyond the soft polyester itself. If you have specific skin concerns, cold water washing without fabric softener helps keep the fabric as gentle as possible.
